For the first time, she felt truly understood.

Thank you for understanding me… I’ve only told a couple of my closest friends, and they’ve understood me, but not that much.

ready to get started?

Hey! I'm Kristen.

Your Teen Anxiety Coach

Woman with curly brown hair sitting cross-legged on the floor against a white background, smiling at the camera, wearing a white t-shirt, pink overalls, and leopard print sneakers.

A few years before I became a coach, I was a teen girl who overthought everything — feeling "too much" and "not enough" at the exact same time.

I know what it's like to lie awake replaying a conversation. To care so deeply it hurts. To wish someone would just listen instead of telling you to calm down or pray harder.

That girl grew up — and went to work earning close to two decades of experience walking alongside girls just like her.

I've sat with teen girls through anxiety, friendship drama, identity struggles, and emotional overwhelm. And what I see every single time is this: they're carrying so much, and feeling completely alone in it.

That's why I offer Teen Anxiety Coaching.

It isn't therapy. It isn’t just feel good “fluff.” It's a one-on-one space where you can say the things you've been holding in, learn real tools to quiet the noise in your head, and build calm confidence rooted in a faith that actually works in everyday life — not just on Sundays.

You are not broken or damaged goods. You're human — and you deserve support as you learn to feel peaceful and secure in who God created you to be.

If you're ready to stop feeling stuck and start feeling like you again, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

xo,

Kristen

A young woman and an older woman are sitting on a gray sofa in a living room, having a conversation. The young woman is wearing a gray T-shirt and ripped jeans, holding a phone, while the older woman is wearing a white top. There are pillows, a TV remote, and a green and black blanket on the sofa, with a decorative tree with pink flowers on the side.

need to talk to your mom about it?

I know — that conversation can almost feel harder than the anxiety itself. You don't want her to worry. You don't want to seem dramatic. You don't want a big talk about it.

So here's a little script + everything she'll want to know, all in one place.
You can literally show her this section on your phone.

What you can say to start the conversation:

"Mom, I've been listening to this podcast for Christian teen girls who struggle with anxiety, and she offers a teen anxiety coaching and she has a special price for new clients right now. I think it would actually help me. Can we look at it together?"

That's it. You don't have to explain everything you've been feeling. You don't have to have it all figured out. You just have to open the door.

What your mom will want to know (and the honest answers):

Is this therapy? No. It's faith-based coaching — forward-focused, skills-based, built around confidence, emotional regulation, and identity in Christ.

What makes Kristen qualified? She has a M.S.Ed. in Counseling and has been a high school counselor since 2019. She earned her Christian Life Coaching certification in April 2025. She has nearly two decades of experience in working with teen girls.

Will I know what's being discussed? Sessions are confidential. Parents may receive general progress updates on request. Any safety concerns will always be communicated immediately.

What does she actually get? TWO 60-minute 1:1 sessions via Google Meet, personalized faith-based tools, a clear plan for next steps, written session notes, and a 1-week email check-in.

How much is it? $197 for SIX sessions, but only until this MONDAY, AUGUST 3RD.
