I’m a daughter of the King, a wife, a mama of two, a dog person forever, and yes — I will absolutely say yes to chocolate.

When I was a teen, insecurity ran my life. I constantly felt like I was second best — never quite enough, always comparing, always doubting myself. That mindset followed me way longer than I want to admit. It wasn’t until my early 30s that I finally understood who I really am in Christ — and that truth changed everything. Not just how I saw myself, but what I knew I was called to do.

After more than 11 years in education, I became a school counselor — and that’s where my heart for teens really locked in. I loved being a safe adult. The one who listened. The one who helped girls work through anxiety, confidence struggles, and relationship stuff without judgment.

Now, that same heart fuels my coaching. I help teen girls who are stuck in their heads, or low-key overwhelmed, build real confidence with practical tools, honest conversations, and faith that actually applies to real life.
