You Say

 "I'm fine"...

but you’re NOT

Faith-Based Anxiety Coaching for Christian Teen Girls

You look put-together — but inside you're anxious, overthinking, and exhausted by what everyone thinks of you. You don't have to keep pretending. Real, faith-based support is here.

MANAGING ANXIETY MAY SEEM IMPOSSIBLE

A woman sitting on a sofa with her arms covering her face and her long hair hanging down, holding her head in her hands.

BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE

Overthinking every conversation.
Confidence that disappears the second you scroll.
Friendship drama.

It’s exhausting.

You are tired of just surviving.
Tired of saying “I’m fine” when you’re not.

A woman with curly hair smiling and wearing a pink hoodie and blue jeans, standing against a plain white background.
It’s time to...
  • stop replaying every conversation in your head at 2am

  • scroll without your confidence crashing

  • stop trying to prove yourself and finally just be

  • feel peace that doesn't depend on everything going perfectly

1:1 coaching to finally deal with the anxiety for real

A flat lay of office supplies including gold-rimmed glasses, a pink and gold polka dot notebook, a gold pen, gold paper clips, a gold binder clip, a white planner with a monthly calendar, and scattered gold sequins on a white surface.
This is the peace we’re working toward…

When I am filled with cares,
your comfort brings me joy.

Psalm 94:19
Real tools. Real change. Real peace.

Hey, I'm Kristen!

I’VE WORKED WITH ANXIOUS TEEN GIRLS SINCE 2007

I was the anxious, overthinking teen girl who looked like she had it all together — but was quietly falling apart inside. That changed when God showed me my true identity in Him, and it's the same transformation I now walk teen girls through every day.

After 11 years in the classroom and more than 6 years as a school counselor, I've sat with hundreds of girls carrying anxiety, friendship wounds, and the pressure to always say "I'm fine." Now I bring that same heart into coaching — with practical tools, real encouragement, and faith-based guidance — so you don't have to navigate it alone.

Cheering you on,
Kristen
