FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Hey doll 🤍 great question.
Each session is a calm, safe, no-judgment space where you can talk about whatever is on your heart - anxiety, friendships, boundaries, confidence, faith, or just feeling overwhelmed by life.

We’ll slow things down together. I’ll ask gentle questions, help you sort through your thoughts, and share practical, faith-based tools you can actually use in everyday situations. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is “too much.”

Everything we talk about is rooted in Scripture, healthy emotional skills, and the truth of who God says you are. This isn’t therapy - it’s support, mentorship, and faith-filled guidance all in one.

You’ll leave each session feeling encouraged, clearer, and equipped with a few simple steps to help you build confidence and peace that week.

  • Let’s be real - this one confuses a lot of people.

Counseling focuses on past wounds and deep therapeutic work.

Coaching focuses on growth, goals, emotional skills, and spiritual development.

I don’t diagnose or treat mental health disorders, but I do help you learn how to manage anxiety, strengthen your identity in Christ, build healthier friendships, and develop confidence in everyday situations.

Think of coaching as having a trusted Christian mentor - someone who gets teen life, understands emotions, and equips you with tools you can use right away. And if counseling is needed, I’ll always encourage it and support you through the process.

  • Everyone is different, but many start feeling lighter, more confident, and more emotionally steady within the first few sessions.

The more consistently you show up, the faster things shift. Most girls work with me weekly or bi-weekly for a few months so they can build strong habits and see lasting change, not just quick fixes.

My goal isn’t to rush you - it’s to walk with you, help you grow, and make sure you feel supported as you build confidence rooted in Christ.

Slow growth is still growth, baby sis. And you’ll never have to do it alone.
